Storytelling can be a method to help people practice their communication skills and help them express their ideas and feelings. By many studies, it is recognized as an excellent method to be used with seniors. But how?
Through this methodology, a clear vision will be given on what storytelling is, and what benefits can have to seniors’ life and well-being. Then, some examples of activities to be implemented with seniors will be explained in order to give inspiration to adult educators and people working with seniors and persuade them to proceed with this methodology.
